The 1529 Fremont project called for structural wood framing on a multi-family residential building in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. Platform framing, engineered lumber, and a hybrid wood/metal scope kept the project on schedule while meeting the structural requirements of a tight urban infill site.
Our crew established precision laser layout from day one, coordinating with the GC and other trades to maintain tight tolerances throughout the wood frame. The hybrid scope — wood structure with metal stud interior framing — is a common challenge we're built to handle under a single contract.
