This Northbrook health club required a complete interior build-out from structural framing through finish — locker rooms, spa areas, pool surrounds, fitness floors, and premium finishes throughout. The project demanded high-humidity-tolerant assemblies around wet areas alongside standard commercial framing in dry zones.
Our team delivered moisture-resistant drywall assemblies in all wet areas, standard gypsum partitions throughout the main fitness floor, and millwork elements in the lobby and locker room spaces.
