About This Project

This Downers Grove retail build-out presented a large open-plan commercial structure requiring interior partition framing, curtain wall backup on the glazed storefront side, and careful coordination with the structural steel erection schedule.

Working in a large open floorplate with exposed structure above, our crews established laser control lines and executed the interior framing scope efficiently — keeping the GC's retail tenant on schedule to open. The expansive storefront window system was backed by our precisely framed and shimmed curtain wall backup framing.
