About This Project

Healthcare construction demands a higher level of precision and code compliance than most commercial work — and the curved exterior framing of this medical oncology facility added another layer of complexity. The sweeping facade required a combination of standard and curved metal stud assemblies to achieve the architect's design.

Our scope covered both the exterior framing and sheathing assemblies for this medical facility, executed in coordination with the structural steel erection and roofing teams. The curved sections were pre-planned with our layout team and executed with purpose-bent track and custom stud spacing — no cutting corners on a building where precision directly impacts building envelope performance.
